Preventing these barriers

Distractions

To prevent distractions from happening such as noises or activities going on around you or things going on outside, for example a meeting in a school, you need to think about the time you are going to have the meeting, so you do not have the students making noises outside on their break time; the best time of day to have a meeting could be before school starts, during last lesson, after school or during other lessons. The meeting could not run longer an hour otherwise you could get the noise of the students having break if you have it during a lesson. You would also have to think of the location, it would not be wise to have a meeting in a normal teaching class room where you are likely to get interrupted, it would be best to have it in a staff room or in a meeting room, but far away from where students are likely to be.
